You may select your seat position indi-
vidually by using the knob (76) under-
neath your seat on the left hand side.
Folding and storage
Loosen the knob (31) from the main frame (46) and remove the security pin (27), pull the rowing bar
(12) into the direction of the main unit and put the security pin (27) into the designated security holes
in order to prevent the unit from folding and collapsing.
Please be careful not to damage the sensor cable when folding.

Setting the resistance
Control for setting the resistance
Turn the resistance control (30) clockwise to enhance the resistance and counter
clockwise to reduce it.
