Watt controlled training (WATT)
Step 1: Mode selection
Switch on the computer by pressing any key.
“MAN” flashes for manual training in the display. Using the UP/DOWN control knob, select the mode “WATT”.
Confirm your input by pressing the ENTER key.
Step 2: WATT specification
The value for ‘WATT’ flashes in the display window 6. Now you can enter the desired performance in Watt
from 10 to 350 Watt using the UP/DOWN control knob. Confirm your input by pressing ENTER key.
Moreover, you have an option to adjust the watt power during the training using the UP/DOWN control knob.
Step 3: Specify training goal
Now you have the option to enter three different training goal values:
1. Training time
After confirming the initial load by pressing ENTER Key, the value for time flashes in the display window 1.
Now you can enter the desired training time from 01:00 to 99:00 minutes using the UP/DOWN control knob.
Confirm your input by pressing the ENTER Key.
2. Training Distance
After confirming the initial load by pressing the ENTER Key, the value for time flashes in the display win

dow 1. Press the ENTER Key again. Now the value for distance flashes in the display window 3. Now you
can enter the desired training distance from 01:00 to 99:00 Kilometres using the UP/DOWN control knob.
Confirm your input by pressing the ENTER Key.
3. Calorie consumption
After confirming the initial load by pressing the ENTER Key, the value for time flashes in the display win

dow 1. Press the ENTER Key twice. Now the value for calorie consumption flashes in the display window
4. Now you can enter the desired calorie consumption from 10 to 990 calories using the UP/DOWN control
knob. Confirm your input by pressing the ENTER Key.
Step 4: Pulse upper limit
The value for pulse rate flashes in the display window 5. You can now enter the desired value of pulse upper
limit using the UP/DOWN control knob. Confirm your input by pressing the ENTER Key.
Step 5: Training start
Start the training by pressing the START Key.
You can change the Watt power during the training from 10 to 350 Watt using the UP/DOWN control knob.
The training ends automatically when training values specified earlier have been reached.
