Test Weighing System
(Optional)
Before test, make the platform lift for two times to
make sure normal lubrication between sliding block
and guideway.
1. Scissors arm be in full retraction with platform in
lowest position. Upload to platform slowly.

Result: for weight less than 227kg, platform be
able to lift to the highest position.

For weight more than 272kg, platform the
platform lifting height is more than 1 m or 10%
of the lifting height (larger) , the overweight
indicator lights on, and alarms ,the workbench is
prohibited from moving, after removing the
overloaded items, the movement can start again.
Test Limited Drive Speed
1. Press the lift button which shall flash.
2. Raise platform for about 1.5 meters.

Result: The pit protection mechanism (located at
the bottom of the chassis, each one at right and
left) should be expanded
3. Press the walking and steering buttons, and
slowly move the drive control handle to the full
drive position.

Result: The speed of machine movement will be
no more than 45 seconds when walking 10m.
Attention: If the machine running 10m is less than 45s,
stop operation and mark immediately.
Test Level Sensor
Attention: Use the platform controller to control the
equipment on the ground, no operation allowed when
standing in the platform.
1. Fully lower the platform.
2. Place two pieces of wood blocks with height of
33mm and length & width of 50×100mm on the
left side of the machine (or right) under the two
wheels, and drive the machine on these two
plates.
3. Turn the walking function into platform
lifting/lowering function, and the handle is lifted
above the platform by about 2m.

Result: The platform should stop moving and
the tilt alarm will ring. The platform and ground
display should show LL.
4. Lower the platform, change to walking function,
remove work platform and wooden blocks.
5. Place two pieces of wood blocks with height of
116mm and length & width of 50×100mm in
front of (or behind) the machine under the two
wheels, and drive the machine on these two
plates.
6. Turn the walking function into platform
lifting/lowering function, and the handle is lifted
above the platform by about 2m.

Result: The platform should stop moving and
the tilt alarm will ring. The platform and ground
display should show LL.
7. Lower the platform, change to walking function,
remove work platform and wooden blocks.
Test Pit-hole Protection System
Attention: When platform raised, protection
mechanism of pot hole be automatically activated.
Two normal limit switches are started to limit
travelling of the machine. If protection mechanism of
pot hole not activated when platform raise to forked
standard and leave the pressure bar of protection
mechanism of pot hole, the alarm shall ring, and the
machine cannot lift or travel.
1. Raise the platform.

Result: When platform raise to forked standard
and leave the pressure bar of protection
mechanism of pot hole, protection mechanism
be activated.

2. Push the left/right pit-hole protection plates.

Result: The pit-hole protection plates cannot
turn upwards.
3. Lower the platform.

Result: Protection mechanism of pot hole should
retract automatically.
4. Put a 50*50*100mm (H *W* L) wood block
under the protection mechanism of pot hole to
raise platform.

Result: The alarm will ring when the platform
rises to the fork base and leaves the compression
bar of pit-hole protection plate mechanism. The
platform and ground controller display will
show 18. The machine cannot rise and drive.
5. Lower the platform and remove the wooden
block.
