Test “Emergency Stop”

Turn select switch to platform controller.

Press red “Emergency Stop” switch to “OFF” position

Result: No function is available.

Pull out red “Emergency Stop” to “ON” position.
Test horn
1. Press horn button.

Result: The horn will be ringing.
Test start button for functions
1. Do not push the start button on control handle. Move control handle towards direction
indicated by arrows.

Result: No function is available

Test Up & Down functions

Turn Driving / Up & Down switch to “Up & Down” position

Take Control handle and push it towards direction indicated by the yellow arrow to start UP
function.

Results: The platform shall go upwards. Automatic pothole protection system shall start
work.

Release Control handle.

Results: The platform shall stop going upwards.

Take control handle and push it towards direction indicated by the red arrow to start down
function.

Results: The platform shall go downwards and the descending alarm shall ring.
Noted: The above procedures shall be done within one cycle.
Test steering function

、
Turn Driving / Up & Down switch to “Drive/ Steering” position.
2
、
Push Drive / Steering control handle slowly towards left direction indicated by the yellow
arrow.

Results: The front wheel shall move towards left directions.
