Operation Preconditions
No operation unless:

you have fully understood and implemented the safe operation rules specified in this manual
1. Avoid dangerous situation occurred.

2. Always carry out pre-operation inspection

3. Always do function test before operation.

4. Inspect workplace.

5. Only use the machine as per its design intention.
Basic Principles
“Operation Manual” provides detailed guidelines for all operations. Operator shall obey the safety
guidelines and instructions specified.
The machine can ONLY be used to raise people and materials up for aerial work. Other usage will
lead to unsafe and even dangerous consequence.
Only well-trained and authorized people are allowed to operate the machine. If there is more than
one operator using the same machine in one shift, all of them shall be qualified operators and obey
safety guidelines and instructions specified in this manual. Every one of them shall carry out
pre-operation inspection, function test and workplace inspection before operation
The following operation can be referred to the functional test section.
Emergency stop
Push the red “Emergent Stop” switch on turntable or platform to “OFF” position. No function is
available then.
Push the red “Power” switch on turntable to “OFF” position. No function is available then.
Machine is energized by pulling the red “Emergent Stop” and “Power” switches to “ON” position.
Auxiliary Descending function
Pull out the auxiliary descending button..
Operation on ground controller.
1. Turn select switch to ground controller.
2. Turn the red emergency stop switch to “ON” position.
3. Make sure batteries are connected before operation.
