2.6.1 Connecting up flue
Fig. 6 refers to the connection of the boilers
“25 OF C - 30 OF C” to the flue or chimney
through smoke ducts.
When making the connection, in addition to
respecting the dimensions given, you are
recommended to use gas-tight materials
capable of resisting over time mechanical
stresses and the smokes heat.
At any point along the smoke duct, the tem-
perature of the combustion products must
be higher than the dew point. More than a
total of three changes of direction must not
be made, including the inlet connection to
the chimney/flue.
For any changes of direction use only cur-
ved pipe lengths.
Fig. 7 shows some applications of draught
terminals that ensure proper expulsion of
the combustion products, in case of
discharge through the wall.
2.7 “25 BFT TS” COAXIAL DUCT
The air inlet-smoke outlet assembly, code
8084813, is included in the standard supply
of the appliance complete with mounting
instructions.
With the pipe bend included in the kit, the
maximum length of the piping should not
exceed 3 meter.
The diagrams in fig. 8 illustrate a number of
examples of different coaxial outlets.
2.7.1 Coaxial flue diaphragm
The boiler is supplied as standard with a ø
81,0 diaphragm.
For C12-C42 discharge configurations:
install the diaphragm only when the length
of the coaxial duct is below 1 meter.
For C32 discharge configurations: use the
diaphragm in accordance with the instruc-
tions provided in figure 9.
2.7.2 Positioning the outlet terminals
The outlet terminals for forced-draught
appliances may be located in the external
