it clicks into place audibly.
Changing / cleaning
the HEPA filter
Note:
Clean the HEPA filter

on how frequently the product is used, it is recom-
mended that the HEPA filter

is changed every
6-9 months.
Remove the lid of the HEPA filter

by pressing
on the lever

, shake it vigorously.
If the HEPA filter

is very dirty, you may clean
it with lukewarm, soapy water. If you do this,
leave the HEPA filter

to air dry. Do not dry
it using artificial means.
Insert the HEPA filter

back into its slot. When
inserting it, make sure that the rough side is
visible.
Before using the product, make sure that the
HEPA filter

is installed correctly.

Cleaning the vacuum cleaner
Unplug the mains plug from the mains socket
before cleaning.
Allow the vacuum cleaner

to cool down
fully.
Wipe down the vacuum cleaner

using a
slightly damp cloth. Then allow all parts to dry
completely.
Clean the suction nozzles and remove any dust
and dirt.
Troubleshooting /
Problem solving
Note:
The product has a temperature switch that
protects the motor against overheating. If the product
suddenly switches itself off, proceed as follows:
Switch off the product by pressing on the foot
pedal

Unplug the mains plug from the mains socket.
Determine the cause of the overheating. It may
have been caused by the following: a clogged
hose

, clogged dust bag or dirty HEPA filter

.
Clean the hose

and the dust bag. Also clean
the HEPA filter

Wait for around 30–40 minutes, until the motor
has cooled down.
Plug the mains plug into the mains socket and
switch the product on by pressing on the foot
pedal

If the product still does not work, switch it off
again using the foot pedal

and wait for a
further 20 minutes. Then switch the product on
again using the foot pedal

.
If the product is still not functioning, contact
customer services (see ‚Service centre‘ section).
Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable
materials, which you may dispose of at local
recycling facilities.

Observe the marking of the packaging
materials for waste separation, which
are marked with abbreviations (a) and
numbers (b) with following meaning: 1–7:
plastics / 20–22: paper and fibreboard /
80–98: composite materials.
The product and packaging materials
are recyclable, dispose of it separately
for better waste treatment. The Triman
logo is valid in France only.
