The “MUTE” or “pause” button is pressed.
Press the “MUTE” or “pause” button again.
On / off button was pressed too briefly.
Keep the on / off button pressed longer.
The operating unit isn’t inserted correctly.
Reinsert the operating unit.
The ignition is turned off.
Turn on the ignition
The connection cables haven’t been

The device can’t be
turned on
The fuse is blown.
Replace the fuse.
The radio hasn’t been connected correctly. Please check if all cables have been attached correctly.
The device temperature is too high.
Reduce the volume of the device.
The device doesn’t
retain the stored
stations
Contacts 4 and 7 haven’t been connected
properly or the vehicle manufacturer has
assigned these in reverse.
Remove the transparent plugs on the yellow and red
cable and plug them back together crosswise (yellow to
red and red to yellow).
CD isn’t being drawn
in completely.
The two safety screws were not removed,
or not entirely.
Please remove the safety screws and try again.
The CD was inserted with the printed side
to the bottom.
Flip the CD over and try again.
The CD has too many scratches.
Create another CD from the original or have the CD
repaired.
The CD is dirty.
Clean the CD (without cleaning agents, just a lint-free
cloth).
The device temperature is too high.
Reduce the volume of the device.
The inserted CD
can’t be played.
The CD contains incorrect or faulty data.
The CD can’t be used with this device. Please burn your
audio data onto a separate data storage medium and try
again.
