Frying food
When the required temperature is reached,
open the lid

2
.
Lift the basket
3
out and add the food to be
fried.
Note:
The basket
3
must not be filled more
than up to the ”FOOD LEVEL MAX”. Other-
wise, the oil temperature inside the oil con-
tainer
5
will drop too much and cause the
longer time of the frying process, and more
oil will be absorbed by the food to be fried.
Be careful to lower the basket
3
into the
hot oil
Close the lid
1
.
Note:
The basket
3
and the food to be fried
must be dry when they are put into the hot oil. In
particular in the case of deep-frozen food, any ice
or melt water should be removed.
Note:
Deep-frozen food should be partially thawed
before frying so that the food absorbs less oil.
Note:
For even cooking results, we recommend
cut the meat, fish and vegetables into small pieces.
Note:
In case of breaded food, please make
sure that the breading sticks as tightly as possible
to the food to be fried. Any breading falling off
the food during frying contaminates the oil.
Note:
For the temperature setting, please refer to
the instructions provided on the packaging of the
food, the suggestion frying table or the tempera-
ture specification on the product.
Note:
During heating and fry-
ing, the lid
1
must be closed to
avoid splash of the hot oil.
Note:
It will lead to explosion
if water drips into hot oil. Never
let water drip into the hot oil.
