Ingredients
100 g basil
45 g pine nuts
25 g almonds
50 g Parmesan
100 ml good olive oil

500 g quark or curd cheese
200 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
2 egg whites
50 g sugar
100 g chocolate (chilled)
