Remove any labels first.
•
Before use, boil vinegar water (water and 2-3 Tbs. household vinegar)
in cookware for 5-10 minutes. Rinse and dry off thoroughly.
•
Use the highest cooking level on your stove for browning only. Then
turn heat down to medium or low.
•
When stewing or simmering food after it has been browned, use
lowest cooking level.
•
When cooking with reduced water, only use the lowest cooking level.
•
Silit cookware with metal handles is also suitable for the oven. Please
make sure to use hot pads, however, as the handles heat up. In case
of plastic handles, please prevent them from overheating.
•
Never leave children unattended in the vicinity of hot cookware.
•
When using cookware on a gas stove one should make sure that the
flame does not reach beyond the base of the cookware, possibly
damaging handles.
•
When using cookware on an electric stove we suggest that the follo-
wing size burners be used:

Ø 14 / 16 / 18 cm

Ø 20 / 22 cm
Ø 21 / 22 cm
