6. Press the button where the two outer rails are joined to retract the smaller outer rail.
7. Hang the hooks of the rails onto the rack holes and if desired, use screws to secure the front
of the outer rail onto the rack.
8. Repeat steps 5-7 for the remaining outer rail.
Install the Inner Rails
The inner rails are different for the left side and right side of the chassis and are so labeled.
Perform the following steps to install an inner rail as illustrated in Figure 3-2 :
1. Place the inner rail on the appropriate side of the chassis.
Align the hooks of the chassis with the rail holes. Make sure the rail faces outward.
2. To secure the rail to the chassis, slide the rail toward the front of the chassis until the
quick-release bracket snaps into place.
3. Optionally, secure the rail to the chassis with screws as illustrated.
4. Repeat the prior steps for the other inner rail.
