The Move Server must first be registered with our service
partner in order to use the mobile Move app outside of your
home network and to configure the communication settings.
3.6 Move app
The Move app is downloaded and installed from the App
Store, Play Store or from the Windows Store; simply search
for “Move”.
App
You can only log on to the app with your user name and
password. They are as follows when you log on for the first
time:
• User name: Admin
• Password:
Admin
You are not able to enter the password Admin when you
log on for the first time. The app enters the password for
you.
If you change and then forget the password:
• Delete the account/log-on data in the app.
• Unplug the Move Server, wait approx. 1 minute and then
plug it back in.
• Wait until the status display flashes green to signal
readiness.
• Search for a new Move Server.
• Connect with the Move Server using the new standard
log-on data.
• You must choose a new password.
You can also go to “User admin” to manage the passwords
for other users.
