AT^SPLW Write an entry to the preferred operators list

The 

AT^SPLW

 write command writes an entry to the SIM list of preferred operators at location number 

<index>

.

If 

<index>

 is given but 

<oper>

 is left out, the entry is deleted. An operator can be only once in the list. Test

command returns the whole index range supported by the SIM.
