11.4 Fan replacement

SIPLUS HCS3200

Installing the new fan

Proceed as follows to install the new fan:

Steps
1

Remove the gaiter clamp

①

from the previously in-

stalled fan and attach it to the new fan.

Fan with gaiter clamp

•

Insert the mushroom-shaped feet of the fan unit

into the larger fastening holes

•

Rotate fan unit counterclockwise into the smaller

holes.

Position of the mounting holes

The picture shows the correct fan mounting position.
Note the direction of the arrow shown on the fan

Fan installed and connected

Insert the fan leads into the 3 insulation displacement
terminals

. Lock the leads in place using the screw-

driver as a lever.

Note:

There is no need to strip the leads beforehand.
