2.11 Subroutine call through NC language replacement

Sequence of a replacement program for a gear stage change at block end
The leading spindle is located in an active synchronous spindle coupling.
The part program line that leads to calling the replacement subroutine is executed first,
without the gear stage change. The replacement subroutine is called finally. The system
variable $P_SUB_STAT also delivers the value 2 for "replacement subroutine is active, call
at block end".
The other system variables are provided as described earlier. The further sequence of the
replacement subroutine corresponds to the sequence described earlier.
Sequence of a replacement program for a spindle positioning at block start
The leading spindle is located in an active synchronous spindle coupling and the leading
spindle is positioned while interpreting a part program line with
SPOS
,
SPOSA
or M19.

Calling replacement subroutine
The replacement subroutine is called through the earlier described machine data with set
names and the configured path.
The system variables $P_SUB_AXFCT delivers 2 for spindle positioning. $P_SUB_STAT
also delivers the value 1 for "replacement subroutine is active, call at block start".

Transfer of the required data in replacement subroutine
The positioning command to be replaced can be determined with $P_SUB_SPOS,
$P_SUB_SPOSA or $P_SUB_M19. System variables $P_SUBPOSIT or
$P_SUBPOSMODE are used to query the start position or path and the position travel
mode that must be used. $P_SUB_LA delivers the axis identifier of the leading spindle
and $P_SUB_CA delivers the axis identifier of the first following spindle involved in the
coupling.

Disengage coupling, positioning the spindles involved in the coupling
The coupling is deactivated in the replacement subroutine with the help of this information
and the gear stage change of the leading and following spindles involved in the coupling
are positioned accordingly.
4.
Close the coupling again and continue the part program
The coupling is then closed again.
After the replacement subroutine has been executed, the part program line that controlled
the call of the subroutine is interpreted. In this case the
SPOS
,
SPOSA
or M19 command
used to trigger the replacement is no longer processed.
