Dust:
The front of the SIMATIC IPC477E multi-touch industrial PC offers at least IP65 degree of
protection. Taking into account the ambient conditions under which it is used, the device
must be installed in a suitable enclosure with at least IP54 degree of protection according to
IEC 60079-31 for non-conductive dust or IP6X for conductive dust.
The device must be installed so that the risk of mechanical damage is low.
A maximum temperature class of T70 °C can be achieved when installed according to the
operating temperature specified in Table 1.
SW1 On/Off switch -- The switch may not be used during operational maintenance.
The device may only be used in an environment with pollution degree 2.
Use copper supply wires with a diameter of at least 0.75 mm

or AWG 18.
