If you are unable to rectify the fault yourself, contact the operator's service hotline.

Vehicle not connected
Operator
Connect the charging cable to the vehicle.
Check the charging cable.
Communication error (Mode 3)
Operator
Disconnect the vehicle from the charging station
and reconnect the vehicle.
Check the vehicle.
Check the charging cable.
Check the charging station (plug and cable).
Cable lock error
Operator
Disconnect the charging cable and reconnect it.
Check that the plug is not soiled (e.g. due to snow
or ice).
Check the locking mechanism (or controller).
Cable release error
Operator
Carefully plug the charging cable into the socket.
Disconnect the cable again.
Check the locking mechanism (or EVSE controller).
Charging process – electric vehicle is
not drawing power
Operator
Check if the battery is full.
Check whether the vehicle cannot be charged be-
cause of the temperature (too hot or too cold).
Check the cable and vehicle for faults.
Check whether the station is configured for the
power output (max. rated current too low).
Charging point cover open
Operator
Before starting the charging process, close the
charging point cover.
Charging station reserved
Operator
Status message
The charging process will start as soon as possible
(requires RFID card assigned to the reservation).
Overtemperature

Wait until the charging station has cooled down
Power switch fault (switch off)

Operator/service technician Check and eliminate the cause and reactivate the
switch.
