The NK8000 Web Server tool
The NK8000 Web Server tool provides an NS8210 diagnostic utility in addition to the
NW8204 tool. The NS8210 provides NK82xx branch status information, and also a
context command menu for each NK82xx branch upon selection. It communicates to
the NK82xxs via TCP/IP using either CMSDL or CEI protocol.
To the end user, the NS8210 appears to function in the same way as the NW8204 tool.
Both tools, however, communicate to the NK82xxs differently. Thus the NK8000 Web
Server tool provides an additional communication layer in the event of NW8204
communication failure.
Note: The Web Server tool is available for NS8210 only (no support for NS8011
BACnet/IP driver).
