Answering Calls

33

Answering a Waiting Call (Second Call)

While you engaged in a call, you are also available to additional call-
ers. During the call, you are informed acoustically (by a call waiting
tone if this tone has not been deactivated) and visually (in the call
display) that a second call is waiting. The call continues to be sig-
naled in the call display until you have answered it.

Click the Clear button or press F12 to terminate the current call.
The waiting call is signaled in the call display.

Answer the call by clicking the Answer button or pressing the
space bar.
You can now speak to the second caller.
