Edit

This menu allows you to execute DTMF suffix-dialing during a
call and dial the night answer destination.

z

Window

With this menu, you can call the busy lamp field, notebook and
electronic directory.

z

Repdial keys (optional)

If you have configured repertory dial keys, you can dial your
party directly from this menu.
(This menu option appears only if you have configured repdial
keys in the Hicom Attendant P).

z

Find

From this menu, you can selectively search for the names,
companies, cities, postal codes or station numbers of any sta-
tions that are stored in the directory.

z

Paging (optional)

This menu option allows you to broadcast a speaker announce-
ment to telephones in a specific group.
(This menu option appears only if you have configured paging
groups and have activated them in the Hicom Attendant P.)

z

Language

This option allows you to change the system language of your
Hicom Attendant P.

z

?

(Help)

You can select the Help command to obtain an overview of the
program structure and functions. The Quickhelp option pro-
vides context-sensitive help information for the area that you
click on.
In addition, the About... option provides you with general infor-
mation on the Hicom Attendant P.
