Abbreviated Dialing

Displaying the ENB Main Menu

You can display the main menu, which contains
special electronic notebook functions, and activate
one of the displayed functions.

The main menu offers the following functions:

z

New entry

– You can make new entries.

z

Memory used

– This indicates how many en-

tries are currently stored in the ENB and how
much storage space is currently being used,
as a percentage.

z

Delete all entries

– All the data in the ENB

can be deleted at once.

z

Transfer data from PC

– You can transfer

data from a PC to your ENB using special soft-
ware.
This function starts the data transfer. A spe-
cial data transfer program (PC opti) is available
for this purpose.

z

Transfer data to PC

– You can transfer your

entries in the ENB to a PC for further process-
ing.
This function starts the data transfer. A spe-
cial data transfer program (PC opti) is available
for this purpose.

Press the MENU key to display the special ENB
functions on the screen.

Press one of these keys to highlight the line or
function you wish to use. Check line six of the dis-
play.
