Making internal calls

Transferring a call to another handset

You can transfer an external call to another handset (connect).

Press the display key.

The external participant hears the hold music.

Select handset or

Call All

and press

§OK§

When an internal participant answers:

If necessary announce the external call.

Press the end call key.

The call is transferred. If the internal participant does not answer, or their phone is in use,

the call will automatically return to you.

Internal consultation calls

When speaking to an

external

participant you can call an

internal

participant simultane-

ously for consultation.

The external participant hears the hold music.

If the internal participant does not answer: press

to return to the external participant.

When an internal participant answers you can speak to them.

If you receive an

call during an

call, you will hear the call waiting tone

(short tone). With Calling Line Identification, the caller's number will appear in the display.

Press the end call key to end the internal call.

Press the talk key to take the external call.
