Wireless Data Transfer Option

(Standard on the ACUSON S3000 system; available as an option on the ACUSON S1000 system

and ACUSON S2000 system)

Enable wireless capabilities on the ultrasound system.

eSieCrypt Hard Disk Encryption Software Option

Caution:

Hard disk encryption on your ultrasound system requires a USB storage device with

the recovery key for recovering encrypted data in the event of a system failure. The ultrasound

system administrator must keep the recovery key in a secure location.

The software option protects the information stored on ultrasound system by preventing

unauthorized access.


