In the drive rollers, deflection rollers and revers rollers on the conveyor belts
(see figure below) there is a risk of crushing. These positions are safeguarded
by suitable protective measures (guards etc.).

You must always check whether these protective devices are
in place. These must be attached as necessary.

There is a risk of crushing if protective devices are missing.

In  order  to  provide  optimum  access  for  the  cleaning  process
(hygiene),  and  to  make  it  easier  to  remove  and  fit  the  conveyor
belt,  a  gap  dimension  of  10mm  has  been  intentionally  selected
in the positions marked "S". In these positions there is a risk of
crushing.
