Possible Cause

TaHoma LED is Red.
No internet
connectivity.
Check network connection to the internet, and ensure the
TaHoma is properly connected via ethernet.
TaHoma LED if OFF.
No power.
Check if the USB dongle is properly seated into TaHoma.
Check the USB is connected to the included power supply
and that the AC is on.
