User Manual

choose the language you want (see Par. 2.4), the measure units, the date and time

settings, enable or disable the Keypad Beep (see Par. 1.2) and select the Cursor Speed.

3.2.1 UNITS SELECTION

Allows to select the preferred unit for Distance, Speed, Depth and Altitude

(altitude of GPS Antenna on the medium sea level).

Distance & Speed Units

: Nm(Nautical Miles) & Kts(knots) / Sm(statute miles) &

Mph(miles per hour) /Km(chilometres) & Kph(chilometres per hour). The default

setting is Nm & Kts.

Depth Unit

: Ft(Feet)/FM(Fathoms)/Mt(Meters). The default setting is Ft.

: Ft(Feet)/FL(Flight Level)/Mt(Meters). The default setting is Ft.

3.2.2 TIME & DATE SETTING

Allows to select the preferred time and date.

Time Reference

: Sets UTC or Local Time. The default setting is UTC.

Time Format

: Sets you preferred time between 12 hour and 24 hour. The default

setting is 24 hour.

Date Format

: Sets you preferred date between MM-DD-YY (month-day-year) and

DD-MM-YY (day-month-year). The default setting is MM-DD-YY.

Allows to select the preferred Cursor Speed among Low, Medium and High

in Chart or into a Menu:
