6 System Operation
6.1 General
Each console microphone is activated by simply pressing the PTT button and deactivated by pressing this
button again. However, the number of simultaneously active microphones is limited to a value between one
and eight microphones according to the limit set in the menu of the chairman console.
If the maximum number of active microphones is set to one, the chairman console displays the length of time
that the microphone is active.
Note: In order to avoid feedback, the overall volume is automatically reduced as the number of active
microphones increases.
Pressing and holding the PRIORITY button on the chairman's console activates the chairman’s microphone
and deactivates all other microphones, for as long as the PRIORITY button is held. The lightrings on the
temporarily deactivated delegate consoles blink as long as the priority function is active. After releasing the
PRIORITY button, all delegate microphones return to their prior state.

To set the volume of the system:

To activate or deactivate the Chime:
1. Press SELECT to access the

5. Press SELECT to return to the
Status Page
To select Menu Language:
1. Press

buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds until SELECT language menu appears in the
display
2. Press
or
button to select desired language
3. Press SELECT to activate and return to the
Status Page
To activate Test Mode:
1. Press
and
buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds until software version is displayed and all
lightrings illuminate
2. Press SELECT to return to regular operation
