Installing Interior Parts

Installing the Chinstrap Covers

The chinstrap covers have different shapes on the 

right and left sides of the helmet. Referring to the 

drawing, identify the right and left sides. Pass the 

chinstrap through the cover and fasten the snap 

until it clicks in place.

Installing the Center Pad

Insert the front plate between gaps of the bracket in 

the order of A, B, C to be fixed as per Drawing 8. 

Roll up the center part of window beading (Drawing 

A-1), then slide in the A part of the front plate 

between the gaps of bracket (the areas indicated 

by arrows of Drawing A-1) as per Drawing A-2. 

Slide in the B part of the front plate between the 

gaps of the bracket while pushing the boss 

(Drawing B-1 and B-2). Referring to the areas 

indicated by arrows of Drawing C-1, slide in the C part of the front 

plate between the gaps of the bracket (Drawing C-2). Fix the other 

side of the plate in the same manner.

After fixing the front plate, insert the center part of the window 

beading into the air intake as per Drawing D.

Snap the 2 snaps in the rear of the center pad into the positions 

until they click as per Drawing 9.

Installing the Cheek Pads

Before installing the cheek pads, make sure that 

the 3 hooks are positioned as per Drawing 10. 

They may not be hooked if they are not 

positioned properly.

Identify a right and a left pad. Insert the plate (B) 

into a boss of a cheek pad braket at the rear of 

the helmet and slide it to forward (Drawing 11). 

Insert the plate (A) into a boss of a cheek pad 

bracket as per Drawing 12.
