Maintenance Parts Replacement Procedures

Timing Belt (Feed Roller Drive)

Part No.

Tools

Phillips Screwdriver (#2)

[Step 1] Remove Right Side Cover.

[Step 2] Remove the Timing Belt (Feed Roller 2 Drive). (Refer to Page 27 of this document)

[Step 3] Loosen 1 screw (M3x6) which holds the Idle Pulley of Timing Belt (Feed Roller 1 Drive)

and remove the Timing Belt (Feed Roller 1 Drive).

[Step 4] Replace the new Timing Belt (Feed Roller 1 Drive) and assemble in reverse order.

After replacing the Timing Belt, tighten the screw for holding Idle Pulley by checking the
Timing Pulley and Idle Pulley’s spring balance.

Inspection

- Perform the test print and verify that all the operations are normal.
