Check the pipes are all correctly connected. 

Check if there are leakages in the piping system. 

Check if there are breaks in welding joint.

Check whether there are bubbles in liquid indicator. 

Check whether there is abnormal sound in pump. 

Check whether there is scale formation in tank.
