Warranty Provision
*Shimpo warrants, to the original purchaser of new products only, that this product shall be free from defects in
workmanship and materials under normal use having followed the precautions of the instruction manual and labels
in the text for one year from the date of original purchase.
*The success of a work is not our responsibility. (For example, firing irregularity of a work or cracks)
*Replacement is subject to appropriate charges in the following situations regardless of the warranty period.

Breakdown or damages due to wrong operation or modification.
・
Breakdown or damages due to dropping after purchasing.
・
Breakdown or damages due to fire, earthquake, flood damage, lightning strike, public hazard, gas hazard, salt
damage, or unusual power voltage.
・
Changes of apparent condition such as blemishes from using or storing.
・
No warranty card
*Please keep warranty card on a safe place. Replacement cards are not available.
*Warranty promises you payment based on the warranty period and provisions.
Therefore your legal right wouldn't be limited by this warranty card. Please contact Shimpo dealer if you have any
questions such as repair after warranty period.
Please look at the attached
warranty card regarding warranty.
*Please consult with local government since the disposal method for the kiln is different in each local government.
*Please do not disassemble the kiln when you dispose of it. (Dust could occur.)
