15.2.3 Using Command Codes
(1) Commands that end with a number, character, or symbol other than [=]: Transmit to the balance
with a delimiter for each command code.
Example 1
: PRINT<CR> ... The same operation as pressing the
[PRINT]
key
(2) Commands that end with a [=]: Transmit the number to the balance with a delimiter.
Example 2
: TIME=1234 <CR> .. 12:34 is set as the current time.
Example 3
: P.TARE=1.23 <CR> (example of type of the second decimal place).
...1.23g is set as a Pretare value.
Example 4
: P.TARE=0.00 <CR> (example of the second decimal place)
...Clears (cancels) the Pretare value.
Example 5
: MENU=4630 <CR> (4-digit number after [=])
This is the same in the following operation.
.. from mass display, press the
[CAL]
key five times, then press the
[O/T]
key
once and the press the
[CAL]
key six times. This returns to the same display
as if the
[CAL]
key was never pressed.
Press the
[O/T]
key once, then
[CAL]
key three times, and the
[O/T]
key
once more.
This example indicates that menu item
(Anti-vibration mode) is selected.
Note
If communication conditions are incorrectly set, a communication error
message “ComErr” is displayed.
Note
Number of digits, decimal point, position of decimal point of the numeral
transmitted succeeding to ‘=’ are the same as the case of setting the
numeric value using the AKB-301 Application Keyboard.
Use the same number of decimal places as in the gram-display.
This restriction does not apply to USER=, SOLID=, and LIQUID=.
