4.1 Operation Modes of the Inverter

The operation modes are related to the

reference source of the target frequency

and the

signal

source of the motor starting

. Shihlin SS2-TYPE inverter has a total of 9 kinds of operation

modes, namely,

PU mode

JOG mode

external mode

communication mode

combined mode

combined mode 2

combined mode 3

combined mode 4

and

combined mode 5

The operation panel can be used to monitor the output frequency, output current, and output

voltage, and to browse the alarming information, set parameters and target frequency,etc.

Therefore, there are totally five working modes for an operation panel:

operating mode,

monitoring mode, frequency setting mode, parameter setting mode, and HELP mode.
