Fusing temperature setting
(Operation/procedure)
When this simulation is executed, the currently set temperature (the code number) is displayed.
Enter the code number corresponding to the desired temperature and press the COPY key to set it.

Fusing temperature setting in multi copy
(Operation/procedure)
To prevent against temperature rise in the machine in multi copy, the fusing temperature is automatically changed
from the set value of SIM 43-1 to the set value of this simulation after 20 copies.
Therefore, the set temperature in this simulation must be set to a lower level than that of SIM 43-1.

Copy density adjustment
(Outline)
Used to adjust the copy density in each copy mode.
Exposure adjustment is made by changing the copy lamp applying voltage.
There are two kinds of adjustment points as follows:
1. The adjustment is performed at exposure level 3 in each copy mode. The copy density (exposure) is voluntarily
adjusted and the max. and min. exposure levels are automatically calculated.
2. To change the max. or min. level, the adjustment is performed in exposure level 1 or 5 in each copy mode. The
copy exposure gradient (exposure gradient) can be voluntarily adjusted.
(Operation/procedure)
When this simulation is executed, the machine performs warm-up,a nd the currently set exposure level is displayed
on the COPIES MADE display.
When the COPY key is pressed, the entered value and the max. and min. values calculated according to the entered
value are registered and a copy is made.
Select exposure level 1 or 5 with the copy exposure key. By entering the adjustment value with the numeric key, the
exposure level can be independently changed.
When the COPY key is pressed, the entered set value is registered and a copy is made.
When the clear key is pressed, the entered set value is registered and the simulation is terminated.
Also when the copy density select key is pressed, the above set value can be registered.
For selection of each copy mode, use the density select key.
