(12) Main motor drive circuit
The encoder signal for the main motor is inputted to the CPU, where
operation process is performed. Then the CPU delivers the PWM
signal to control the main motor.
The PWM signal (MM-PWM) from the CPU is applied to the gate of
FETQ103 through the driver IC104 and transistor Q214, flowing a
current through the main motor. When the PWM signal is ON (LOW),
Q214 is OFF and the base voltage of transistor Q213 becomes zero.
Electric charge of the FET gate is passed through resistor R273,
diode D142, and transistor Q213 to turn off the FET, cutting a current
to the motor.
At the moment the FET is turned off, the main motor current passes
through D140 (D155) to return.
(13) Mirror motor circuit
A stepping motor is used as the mirror motor. To drive the mirror
motor, IC110 constant-current chopper control IC (SLA7024) is used.
The drive signal is outputted from the CPU to IC110 to drive the
mirror motor by excitement in phase 1-2.
