automatic exposure level as desired.

Press the AUTO/MANUAL/PHOTO

) key.
•
The AUTO indicator will stop blinking
and will light up steadily.
•
This automatic exposure level will
remain in effect until you change it
again by this procedure.

Press and hold the AUTO/MANUAL/
PHOTO ( ) key for
approximately 5 seconds.
•
The PHOTO ( ) indicator will go
out and the AUTO indicator will begin
to blink.
•
One or two exposure indicators
corresponding to the automatic
exposure level which has been
selected will light up. The factory
default setting is level “3”.
TONER SAVE MODE
This mode reduces toner consumption by approxi-
mately 10% in the automatic and manual exposure
modes. Copies will be lighter but still adequate for
general use. Selection of this mode does not affect
the photo mode. Follow the procedure below for
setting the toning level.

Die automatische Belichtungseinstellung kann Ihren
Anforderungen gemäß eingestellt werden.

( ) etwa fünf Sekunden
lang gedrückt halten.
•
Die PHOTO-Anzeige ( ) erlischt,
und die AUTO-Anzeige beginnt zu
blinken.
•
Eine oder zwei der Beleuchtungsan-
zeigen leuchten, je nach der aktuellen
Einstellun der Belichtungsautomatik.
Die werkseitige Voreinstellung ist „3“.

wünschte Belichtungsautomatik ein-
zustellen.

Die AUTO-Anzeige blinkt nicht mehr,
sondern leuchtet ständig.
•
Diese Einstellung der automatischen
Belichtung bleibt so lange bestehen,
bis sie durch die oben genannten
Schritte erneut verändert wird.
AUTO
TONERSPARMODUS
Durch den Tonersparmodus wird der Tonerverbrauch
im automatischen und manuellen Belichtungsmodus
um ca. 10% verringert. Dadurch werden die Kopien
etwas heller, sind aber immer noch für alle gängigen
Anwendungen geeignet. Die Wahl des Tonersparmo-
dus beeinflußt den PHOTO-Modus nicht. Zur Einstellung
der Tonerstärke ist nach folgenden Schritten zu
verfahren.
