INTERRUPT is used to interrupt a long copy run so that
another job can be done.
•
Reduction/enlargement/zoom, exposure adjust-
ments, dual page copying, and edge erase can
be selected during interrupt copying.
•
Sort, group and staple sort cannot be selected
during interrupt copying.
INTERRUPTING A COPY RUN

When the copier stops, remove the
original from the document glass and
place the original for interrupt copying
on the document glass. Close the
document cover.

Select the desired available copier
functions.

Set the number of copies.

Press the INTERRUPT ( ) key.
•
If the copier has been programmed in
the auditing mode, “– – –” will appear
in the copy quantity display. Enter
your account number using the 10-
key pad. The number of copies of the
interrupt copying will be accumulated
against this account number. See
page 3-20.

When all INTERRUPT copies are
finished, press the INTERRUPT ( )
key again to cancel the INTERRUPT
mode, and remove the original used
for interrupt copying.
•
The previous copy quantity, copy
ratio, copy density, and paper size will
be automatically reset.

Replace the original for the interrupted
job and press the print ( ) button
to resume copying.

UNTERBRECHEN DES KOPIERVORGANGES
Mit der Unterbrechungstaste kann ein langer Kopierlauf
unterbrochen werden, um einen kurzen Vorgang einzu-
schieben.
•
Verkleinerung/Vergrößerung/Zoom, Belichtungsein
stellungen, Doppelseitenkopieren, und die Rand
löschfunktion können während der Unterbrechung
gewählt werden.
•
Sortieren, Gruppieren und Sortieren mit Heften
können während der Unterbrechung nicht gewählt
werden.
1 Unterbrechungstaste ( ) drücken.

Wurde an den Kopierern die Kosten-
stellen-Betriebsart programmiert,
erscheint „–––“ auf der Anzeige der
Kopienanzahl. Geben Sie Ihre Konto
nummer über die Zehner tastatur ein.
Die Anzahl der Kopiendes Unter-
brechungskopierens werden dieser
Kontonummer berechnet (siehe Seite
3-20).

Wenn der Kopierer stoppt, das Original
von der Originalablage nehmen und
die Originale für die Unterbrechungs-
kopien auflegen. Die Original-
abdeckung schließen.

Die gewünschten verfügbaren Ko-
pierfunktionen wählen.

Kopienanzahl eingeben.
5 Kopiertaste ( ) drücken.

Nach Abschluß des Unterbrechungs-
kopiervorgangs die Unterbrechungs-
taste ( ) erneut drücken, um diese
Betriebsart zu beenden, und die
Originale der Unterbrechungskopien
entnehmen.
•
Kopienanzahl, Kopiermaßstab, Ko-
pierstärke und Papierformat des
ersten Kopiervorgangs werden auto-
matisch wieder eingestellt.

Die Originale des unterbrochenen
Kopiervorgangs wieder auflegen und
die Kopiertaste ( ) drücken, um
den Vorgang fortzusetzen.
