How to Download the Mobile App
Sharp AudioCentral mobile app allows simple navigation and control for your compatible Sharp Wireless High
Resolution Audio Player (SD-WH1000U).
The application allows you to operate the Wireless High Resolution Audio Player and makes it easy to access
all your files.
The application has the following features:

Easy Operation of SD-WH1000U using your mobile device
•
Create playlists, filter by genre, artist or album and access full file details
This is a description of SD-WH1000U’s setup for using Mobile App for Smartphone
or Tablet PC.

Turn on SD-WH1000U.

From Home Menu Select “Settings” > “Communication Setup”. Press
ENTER
Select “IP Control Setup”.

Select “Change” in “IP Control Setup” and push
ENTER
. Select “Enable” and push
ENTER
.

Select the following items and Setup in the character entry screen.
Device name:
This is a name of the SD-WH1000U.
You can put any new name or use the initial name.
Please leave note
Login ID:
Input Login ID using no fewer than 1, nor more than 8 characters.
Password:
Input Login ID using no fewer than 1, nor more than 8 characters.
Control port:
Please leave it as default settings, or you may change it if the port number of
your router has some limitation.

Select “OK” and push
ENTER
button of the remote control.

Select the type of your LAN.
As above selection and Confirm “
IP Address
”.
Select “Ethernet Setup (Cable)” or “Ethernet Setup (Wireless)”.
The initial setting of SD-WH1000U side completed.

Please keep to turn the power of SD-WH1000U on. Next, please start the setting for Smartphone or Tablet PC.
In case you turn the power on/off from Mobile App side, please set Quick Start to On in System Setting of
HOME MENU.
When you connect SD-WH1000U to internet, please confirm the operation manual of router or hub you are
using.
