[Cara]
1. Buat agar-agar sesuai petunjuk kemasan.
Dirginkan sampai jadi.
2. Adoni bubuk custard dengan susu; tambahkan gula
dan esens vanila. Masukkan ke mikrowave pada tingkat
daya TINGGI selama 4 sampai 6 menit, aduk dua kali
selama pemasakan. Dinginkan.
3. Masukkan separuh krim kocok ke dalam custard.
4. Atur makaroni dan cake untuk penyajian 4 porsi.
Tuangkan separuh jus anggur ke seluruh makaroni dan
cake. Lapisi bagian atas dengan arbei, blueberi, jeli dan
custard.
5. Ulangi lagi pelapisan. Dinginkan selama 2 sampai 3
jam.
6. Hiasi dengan sisa krim kocok.
Karamel Krim

Karamel:

[Cara]
1. Campur gula dan air di wadah puding untuk membuat
karamel.
2. Masak dengan mikrowave tingkat daya TINGGI
selama 3 sampai 4 menit, atau sampai karamel
berwarna coklat tua keemasan.
3. Tuangkan ke 4 mangkok kecil. Sisihkan sejenak.
4. Kocok pelan telur dan gula, lalu aduk dengan susu.
5. Tuangkan adonan ke mangkok kecil. Taruh mangkok
kecil dalam wadah besar.
6. Tuangkan hampir semua air panas ke dalam wadah
sampai mencapai batas custard.
7. Masak dalam mikrowave tingkat daya SEDANG
selama 15 sampai 18 menit sampai jadi. Dinginkan
sebelum dikeluarkan, lalu sajikan.

[Method]
1. Prepare gelatin according to package instructions.
Refrigerate until partially set.
2. Blend custard powder with milk; add sugar and vanilla
essence. Cook on microwave HIGH for 4 to 6 minutes,
stirring twice during cooking. Cool.
3. Fold half the whipped cream into custard.
4. Arrange macaroons and cake in the base of 4 individual
serving dishes. Pour half the grape juice over
macaroons and cake. Top with a layer of strawberries,
blueberries, jelly and custard.
5. Repeat layers. Chill for 2 to 3 hours.
6. Decorate with remaining whipped cream.
Creme Caramel
[Ingredients]
Caramel:

[Method]
1. Mix the sugar and water for caramel in a pudding basin.
2. Cook on microwave HIGH for 3 to 4 minutes, or until
the caramel turns dark golden brown.
3. Pour into 4 ramekin dishes. Set aside.
4. Lightly whisk together eggs and sugar, stir in milk.
5. Pour the mixture into the ramekin dishes. Place
ramekins in a large dish.
6. Pour almost boiling water into the dish to reach the
level of the custard.
7. Cook on microwave MED for 15 to 18 minutes until
set. Chill before turning out and serve.
