SERVICE CALL CHECK

Please check the following before calling for service:
1.  When the door is opened, does the oven lamp come on? 

YES  ________ NO _________

2.  Place one cup of water (approx. 250 ml) in a glass measure in the oven and close the door securely.
 

Programme the oven for 30 seconds at 100%.

A. Does the oven lamp light up during cooking? 

YES  ________ NO   ________

B. Does the “ON” indicator come on?  

YES  ________ NO   ________

C. At the end of 30 seconds,  is the water hot? 

YES  ________ NO   ________

If “NO” is the answer to any of the above questions, please check your wall socket and the fuse in your meter box.
If both the wall socket and the fuse are functioning properly, CONTACT YOUR NEAREST SERVICE CENTRE APPROVED BY 
SHARP.

INPORTANT:

If the display shows nothing even if the power supply plug is properly connected, the oven may have shut down
automatically.
Open the oven door to operate the oven. See Before Operation on page 5.

NOTE:

If time in the display is counting down very rapidly, check Demonstration Mode on page 19.
