Fill in the information as desired (note that entries are required in at least the First
Name and Fax boxes), and then click the OK button. The contact will appear in the
Contact Information list.

To change the information entered for a contact, select the contact from the Contact
Information list and then click the Change button. The Change Contact Information
dialog box will open to allow you to make the desired changes. When finished, click
the OK button.

To delete a contact, select the contact from the Contact Information list and then
click the Delete button.
