Annotating documents

Deleting Annotations

You can delete a single text or graphic annotation or all of the
annotations on the currently displayed page of your image file. Only
the annotations for the currently displayed page of a multipage file
will be deleted. Annotations on all other pages of a multipage file will
not be deleted.

Deleting a single annotation

To delete a single annotation, follow the steps outlined below.

Position the cursor on the annotation you want to delete.

Click the left mouse button and the annotation will be highlighted
with a blue border.

You may delete the selected annotation by any of the following
methods:

Select DELETE from the keyboard

Click the right mouse button and select Delete from the pop-
up menu.

From the Edit menu click on Selected Annotation....  Select
Delete from the pop-up menu.

(Note: If you make a mistake, you may select the Undo
command from the Edit menu. You may Undo the Delete
command until the image file is saved. Once the file is saved,
the annotation is permanently deleted.)

Deleting all annotations on a displayed page

You may delete all annotations on a displayed page of an image file.
Annotations on other pages of a multi-page image file will not be
deleted. To delete all annotations:

Select  Delete All Annotations from the Edit menu.

All the text and graphics annotations for the currently displayed
page will be deleted.
