Select an item

Hold & transfer : Switch hold & transfer ON or OFF
and set the hold prefix and other settings.

Prefix addition : Switch the prefix assignment
function ON or OFF.
Phonebook
You can manage contacts.
z
When the confirmation screen for use of cloud appears,
read the content and then select [Use]/[Not use].
Adding contacts to phonebook

In the standby screen,

▶ [Phone] ▶
[Phonebook] ▶ [Add to Phonebook]

[Add new contact]/[Add to the existing
contact]

When [Add to the existing contact] is selected,
select a contact.

Set each item

First name : Enter a first name.

Last name : Enter a last name.

Phone : Register a phone type and the phone
number.
„
Mail : Register a mail address type and the mail
address.
„
Favorites : Set whether to register to Favorites.
