Push the paper roll baffle to its original position, power on the printer, then let the paper head pass the
buffer shaft and put it into the paper feeding path. Refer to Figure 4.6-3:

Make sure that the thermal layer of paper roll faces upward.
4.6.2 Paper loading
Before loading paper, cut the paper head trim according to the figure below (see Figure 4.6-4).

Turn on the power and the buzzer alarms for paper end;

Refer to Figure 4.6-3, let the paper head pass the buffer shaft, then press the paper head and
push it into the paper inlet slightly in the arrow direction for certain distance. When the platen roller
starts rotating and holds the paper, release your hands.

The printer starts loading paper, and then the printer starts printing after finishing loading the
paper and the paper head stops at the normal print position.
Caution:

Make sure that the thermal side of paper faces upward (see Figure 4.6-3) to ensure correct printing.

When pushing the paper into the paper feeding path, the strength should be well-distributed and gentle,
try to make the paper head parallel to the feeding paper path and avoid declination of paper.
