Adjusting the sensitivity

place the test head on the detector's
sensor head

the NOMINAL value of 1.00 VOL.% is
displayed

hold down the release key on the test set
until the indicated concentration (e.g.
TRUE value of 0.85 VOL.%) has
reached a stable value

the nominal value (3 bars) and true  value
(1 bar) appear alternately

use the adjusting pin on the service key
(item 6) to clear the attainment of the
maximum indicated concentration

Only now may the test-gas feed be interrupted !

when the adjustment has been
completed (zero point and sensitivity)
the data are stored and the detector
switches automatically to measuring
operation

the concentration-dependent signal
sounds once more
