Fasten the screen by tightening the screws.
Reconnect the wires.

Replacing the measuring board
Switch the analyser OFF.
Open both analyser doors.
Unscrew the metal cover, which protects the measuring board.
Disconnect all cables that connect the measuring board to external components.
Unscrew the board.
Replace it with the new measuring board, then follow the above instructions by going back
through the steps.
11.3.3
Replacing the input/output board
To replace the communications board, switch the device OFF then disconnect the communication
and power supply cables (Ethernet).
Unscrew this board, replace and reconnect the cables.

Replacing a pump
Tooling:
Open-ended wrenches
Flathead screwdriver
Hex wrench
Before changing a pump, it is recommended to empty it (and/or rinse it with demineralised water)
to avoid any chemical spraying risk.
To do so, launch a priming operation with the lifted reagent pipe or by suctioning the
demineralised water.
Wear appropriate protection (gloves, goggles, protective clothing) as the pipes may still contain
chemicals.
Important before replacing the pump: switch the analyser OFF
Disconnect the connector of the pump inside the device.
Remove the front panel of the pump body:
Remove the reagent pipes.
Unscrew the 4 fastening screws and remove the pump.
Place the address of the new pump (jog wheel) identically to the former address by using a flat
blade screwdriver.
Place the pump and fasten it with 4 screws.
Replace the reagent pipes and then the front panel.
Connect the pump connector.
