ST-200 aQua

Operator’s Manual

block connectors or seals are properly installed. Performing this function

twice may eliminate the error.

FLOW ERROR (Valve fluidic error or Fluid path error): Flow error depends on

following points.

1) Electrode housing.

2) Flow cell.

3) Valve.

4) Pump motors.

5) Reagent pack.

SOLUTION:

1) Electrode housing:

A) Check liquid flow as follows:

Prime Cal A

Both pumps rotates. Check the liquid is flowing through the flow cell tube

by following the outflow tube of first pump motor. If liquid does not

aspirated properly go to 2nd step Flow cell.

2) Flow cell:

Enter maintenance mode and remove the electrode housing. Check the

flow cell, if any dust particles are present in the slot, clean it with daily

cleaner or de-ionized water firmly by flushing with syringe. Also, similarly

clean deposited protein from electrode blocks with daily cleaner or de-

ionized water firmly by flushing with syringe and reassembled electrode

housing carefully.

Note:

Do not use the spring needle or plain needle to clean the deposited

protein from electrode blocks as it contains different parameters.

Press “N” to maintenance exit.

Both pumps rotates. The liquid is

aspirated through the flow cell tube by following the outflow tube of first

pump motor to check either liquid is flowing properly or not. If liquid is not

flowing properly, then check PUMP TUBE as follows:
