1. INTRODUCTION
This manual aims to be a reliable use and maintenance
guide which will ensure the correct working and therefore
the long life of your machine.
We at the SEKO Technical Assistance Department
suggest you read this guide and follow the instructions
attentively.
Keep this booklet in an accessible place so that it is easy
to reach in case of necessity.
If any information is required, immediately consult our
Agent; he is always well informed on the best operating
methods and for assistance he is always backed up by the
manufacturer for every occurrence.
The instructions, drawings, tables and everything else
contained in this manual are technical in nature and
reserved. For this reason none of the information in this
booklet may be reproduced either completely or in part,
neither can it be communicated to third parties without
the written authorisation of SEKO, whose exclusive
property it is.
SEKO reserves the right to modify the machine in any
way it sees fit for the improvement of the product.
1.1 General terms of guarantee
The entire line of SEKO products is guaranteed for a
period of 12 months from the date of delivery of the
machine to the client. In any case the guarantee expires
18 months from the date the machine leaves the SEKO
plant.
The guarantee exclusively covers the supply, free of
charge, of the component considered imperfectly
constructed and as such ascertained and acknowledged by
SEKO, excluding any other claim on the part of the
purchaser for any possible expenses for machine failure,
missed work or other damages of any type whatever.
All parts forwarded on guarantee request will be invoiced
and the acknowledgement of the guarantee will be
credited only after receipt of the defective part and the
relative ascertainment on the part of our Technical
Department.
All charges relative to shipping, packing and labor for
both the parts possibly defective as well as those
acknowledged in the guarantee will be to the account of
the purchaser.
Charges deriving from employment of labor necessary for
the replacement of the defective part or for the setting up
of the machine are not included in the guarantee.
Regarding gasoline, diesel, electric, hydraulic engines,
hydraulic components for electric or electro hydraulic
panel boards and in any case for all the components
mounted
on the machine but not manufactured by SEKO, the terms
of guarantee for each single manufacturer are valid.
The automatic forfeiture of the guarantee is implied on:
failure to observe and apply the regulations of use and
maintenance of the machine , its improper use, its
handling not authorized or performed by unqualified
personnel, the use of non-original spare parts and possible
modifications brought about by the purchaser.
The purchaser is to inform the manufacturer, in writing,
of the possible defect occurring within 8 days of its
verification, indicating the identifying data of the
machine, i.e. model, serial number, years built.
The Court of Padua is competent in the event of any
controversy.
