Activate the discharge conveyors (Fig. 36) by
pressing the buttons 27 e 29 Fig. 13.
x
Open discharge doors (Fig. 37) ) by presing the
p. buttons 10 e 25 Fig. 13 (door’s opening height
fix the material’s quantity to be unloaded).
After having completely unloaded the machine proceed
for a stop or a new loading as follows:
x
Close the discharge doors (Fig. 38) by pressing
buttons 7 e 23 Fig. 13
x
Stop augers rotation by pressing stop p. button 8

x
Stop discharge conveyor rotation ( check that no
residual product is present 13, 26 - Fig. 13.
x
Close the discharge conveyors (Fig. 39) by
pressing p. buttons 12, 15 -Fig. 13.
The panel contains also buttons for reverse commands to
be used only in case that augers or discharge conveyor are
blocked.
In case of material clogging in the augers or in the
discharge conveyor, please act as follows:
x
Press STOP p. button 8 - Fig. 13.
x
Press p. button for augers reverse rotation 24 -
Fig. 13 for few seconds only.
x
Stop the reverse rotation by pressing p. button 8
-Fig. 13.
x
Press button 9 -Fig. 13 for forward direction in
order to continue the correct working cycle
In case of material clogging in the discharge conveyor
please act as follows:
x
Close the doors by pressing p. buttons 7, 23 -Fig.
13.
x
Close the doors by pressing p. buttons 13, 26 -
Fig. 13.
x
Press p. buttons 28, 30 -Fig. 13 for conveyor
reverse rotation for few seconds only.
x
Stop the discharge conveyors pushing the
buttons 13, 26 -Fig. 13.
x
Check that conveyors are free from obstructions.
x
Re-start conveyors rotation in right working
direction, by pressing p. buttons 27, 29 -Fig. 13.
x
Open discharge doors by pressing p. buttons 10,
25 -Fig. 13 and re-start the normal working cycle
